Swatch: Zoya Meg

Alright my dears, I am sorry.

It has been a few days since my last post. School gave me some problems and this past week and I am recovering from those problems. Everything now seems fine and dandy. I hope you all enjoy this swatch!

This was my first bottle of Zoya ever. I scored this lovely off of eBay a few months ago for a pretty cheap price.

Swatch: Zoya Joulene

Hello lovelies!

*Don't forget to like my Facebook page! :)

Today I would love to share with you, Jolene.

It is a very pretty pink cream polish. It's simple in color and design.

I will probably be doing a very girly based nail art in the future with this baby.

Anyway, Jolene is lovely. It is a bit jelly when you put it on, but from my recent experience 3 coats is best with this color. The polish itself dries with a lovely smooth finish. I had no problems working with this one. My swatch of this lovely does not have a top coat.

Day 3: Inspired by your country

So it is inspired by your country day.

I admit that I found this kind of difficult. It is hard to be inspired by America. When I think of the U.S. it is hard to look past the obese, fried chicken, and 'murica jokes.

So I kinda did the challenge a little differently today.

I did it as "inspired by your state" instead. I live in southern California. The first thing I think of are beaches. So I did a lovely beach inspired manicure. I used Zoya's Zuza for the water and Sally Hansen Gem Crush's Big Money for the beach. I put little pink gems where the water meets the sand to represent seashells.

 This manicure screams California!

Swatch: Zoya Ivanka

So today I had Zoya's Ivanka on my nails.

I love it! It is the most beautiful shade of green i have ever owned! It covered so nicely in just 2 coats. It is smooth and iridescent. and just beautiful.

Day 20: Water Marble

So before I go to Seaworld today, I thought I'd post about my first time doing water marble since today is water marble day.

Alright, this was a little difficult. Dropping the polish in before it dries and trying to make a design was hard. However, for my first attempt, I think I did alright. For my base I used Essie's Loophole. And for the colors on top, I used Zoya's Meg and Claire's Starstruck Drops of Jupiter.

I think I did alright. It is my first time so I'm sure with practice I'll get better.

So now I'm running late. Any tips for future water marbles? Off to Seaworld now. I'm gonna ride Manta. :)

See you tomorrow!
