Day 8: Metallic

Oohhh shinies!

This was the thought running through my head all day whenever I stared at my nails. Essie's No Place Like Chrome, is so smooth. I love it. I'm not usually one for metal finishes, but I enjoyed this one a lot.

Isn't it smooth? It looks so lovely. The way the color looks against my nails made them look like they were fake nails. Haha.

Well that was metallic. Tomorrow is rainbow. What's your favorite metallic polish?

Day 7: Black and White

Black and white! This is such a classic color combination. I was gonna use my Konad stamps for today, but I couldn't find the rubber stamp. Oh well, a good friend suggested I do a dalmatian dog print. So I did!
I used Island Girl's Pineapple Express and Finger Paint's Black Expressionism.

Cute huh? The little paw prints came out wonderful! However, the spots... made me think of cows. Yup. Cows.

So? What do you think? Do these look more like cows or dalmatian prints? 

Haha see you tomorrow! It's metallic day. Now time for me to do my homework and my nail for tomorrow.

Day 6: Purple

Today is purple! I love purple!! I am so excited for today! I finally get to use the China Glaze's Electric Lilac. I saw it on a another blog and realized that I had to have this purple. My heart broke a little when I found out that that is was a limited edition one from last year. However, I did find the bottle on eBay so I'm happy. 

Ahhh! My dumb camera! This is a color that looks lovely in person. Its such a light lovely lavender color. The picture makes it look gray. Trust me folks, if you can find this color try and get it! It went on a little sheer so I have 3 coats of it on. 

So what do you think? Isn't it just beautiful? I love purple and now I can't stop staring at my nails.

Day 5: Blue

It is blue today!

Today I decided to keep it simple since I had to read some stuff for classes today. Blue is such a lovely color. It's the sky, and the ocean, and sometimes the eyes of some very lovely people in my life. Today I used my favorite blue in my stash. Its Orly's Royal Navy. This blue is just so blue!

I don't think my dinky camera does this blue justice. Isn't amazing? I just looove this blue. There are tiny aqua, green-ish sparkles in there that just give this blue a lot of depth. 

So this is blue. I love it. I really do. If you guys don't have it already then you should definitely pick it up.

I'm waaay excited for purple tomorrow! Its my favorite color.
